Award-winning Minnesota author Erin Hart will speak at an author dinner for the Annandale Friends of the Library on Friday, May 18, at Reichel’s Event Center in Annandale. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Dinner will include mandarin orange cashew salad, chicken breast with Irish corned beef, roasted root vegetables and Irish potatoes, pickles, rolls, assorted bars and a beverage. Tickets can be purchased at the Annandale Public Library for $25.
Hart has written a series of archaeological crime novels set in the mysterious boglands of Ireland. Her debut novel, HAUNTED GROUND, introduced readers to pathologist Nora Gavin and archaeologist Cormac Maguire. Her books LAKE OF SORROWS and FALSE MERMAID continue the story of Gavin and Maguire and the mysteries they unearth. Hart’s books are available for purchase at the library and will be available at the dinner.
